Welcome to the Slack Key Show!
George Kahumoku Jr., a four-time Grammy Award winning Hawaiian Slack Key guitarist, hosts his weekly show featuring traditional and contemporary Hawaiian music in a dignified concert setting, with Shem Kahawai’i co-hosting. And the lovely Wainani Kealoha dances hula. Some shows will feature other renowned Hawaiian musicians (Slack key guitar, ukulele, falsetto, or steel guitarists) to share traditional Hawaiian music with you. We will be there every Wednesday; doors open at 5:45 p.m. The show runs from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Maui at the Napili Kai Beach Resort.
We offer several ticket options:
Reserved Priority Seating: Tickets are $60 (Reserved seating on the first four rows.)
General Admission: Tickets are $40 for open seating beginning after row four.
Kama'aina Discount Tickets ($30) are only available at the door (general admission) with a Hawaii Driver's License.
Parking for Slack Key Show
There is a very limited amount of free street parking. Across the street from the Napili Kai Beach Resort's lobby is ample parking at the tennis courts. Drive past the Napili Kai, past Merriman's on the left, turn right onto Kapalua Drive, then right into the parking lot. There is a QR code that you scan and pay from your phone. Price is $10
